We all know people in our professional and personal lives that can make our existence a living hell. In many cases, they are unavoidable; they can be employees or superiors, teammates or antagonists, or sometimes family or friends. No matter how they are connected to you, you have to deal with them. This training explores some of the most common personality and communication-based conflict types and provides strategies to mitigate uncomfortable situations.
